Our Legacy
Fikes of Minnesota (MN) has been proudly serving Minnesota businesses since the 1980s, when our legacy began with Bob and Joann Olson. Fikes of MN was founded on integrity, family values, and an obsession with the dirty details. Tim Polich began his journey with Fikes of MN in 2003 and alongside his wife, Stacy Polich, purchased the business in 2010. From a small warehouse in St. Louis Park to our current facility in Maple Grove, Fikes of MN has grown through grit, gratitude, and great service. Missy Polich, our dedicated Service Manager and Tim’s sister, has been with Fikes of MN from the start, bringing passion, consistency, quality, and care to everything we do.
We are an active member of the Fikes National Dealers Association, where Tim has served on and off of the board since 2003. All Fikes are independent brands, but we are united by standards of excellence as we make our customers the most important part of our business. Our products and services span restroom hygiene, commercial scenting, facility cleanliness, and more!
Despite weathering the ups and downs that come with building something meaningful, one thing has never changed: our belief that when you do what is right for the customer, everything else falls into place. We have stayed positive, leaned on our team, and trusted that serving with integrity and excellence would always be the right path forward – and we are proud to say it has been! As we continue to create new partnerships and navigate the new, ever-changing landscape of facility services, Dylan Polich, son of Tim and Stacy, is stepping into leadership and carrying forward the values and vision of Fikes. Our commitment to customers, and to each other, remains the same: to serve with excellence, integrity, quality, and care.
